Mr. Property researches all Assets (buildings / land) on your Portfolio. Assets are thoroughly assessed for quality control setbacks hereafter identification of improvements required stipulated in our Analysis Report.

 

#2 Client approves Analysis based on findings of value / importance to current state of Assets. Mr. Property furnishes updated report and immediate recommendation. Improvements commence starting with most critical to least critical. Insurance furnished accordingly to ensure Policy matches description and improvements applied.

 

#3 Focus on key factors resulting in wasteful management / loss of revenue / money wasted / staff research, further resulting in Property depreciating in value which further affects Insurance Policies based on inaccurate information.

We restore this information by means of applying the improvement indicated in our Analysis specifically points #1 

#4 This stage indicates completion to all factors previously furnished in our report. Noticeable positive returns start to accumulate. Building image restored, policy refreshed and updated in accordance to improvements applied.
